Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)
  • Items labeled “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or damaged

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the refund status.

If Approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 3–5 business days, with an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Returns requested after 30 days
  • Items not purchased directly from matenza.com

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
To Request an Exchange:
Email us at support@matenza.com with:

  •  Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if possible)

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@matenza.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. We’ll provide:
    1. Return authorization (if eligible)
    2. Shipping address and instruction
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx


Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. Approved returns will receive a full refund (excluding original shipping charges, if any).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items
  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”
